Known as the food basket of Oʻahu, the HFU O'ahu Waiʻanae chapter was formed in September 2016. The region includes some of the most historically and currently active farming communities on Oʻahu and has the largest population of Native Hawaiians.
Our mission is to strengthen the Waiʻanae community by supporting a diverse, sustainable, and cohesive agricultural system. We invite the community to connect with farmers, leaders, and guest speakers at our meetings.

Our HFU O'ahu Waianae Chapter hosts meetings at various farms throughout the community.
Events typically include chapter updates, followed by a farm tour, educational speaker or workshop, and a family-style potluck.
